Parking & Handicap Accommodations

ANNOUNCEMENT: Standard Parking areas and Accessible Parking areas for the Irvington Halloween Festival

Standard parking and shuttle service will be provided at Howe High school.

Handicap Accessible parking and shuttle services will be provided at the Irvington Plaza parking area.

Be advised that parking at Howe High School will not have shuttle service capable of providing handicap accessible transportation. However, their transportation will have the ability to move a larger amount of standard pedestrian traffic, so we encourage those who do not require handicap accessible transportation to park at Howe High School so as to not overwhelm handicap transportation at Irvington Plaza. A recommended donation of $5 would be much appreciated for this service.

The Irvington Halloween Festival Street Fair in cooperation with the Justus Company wishes to announce full handicap transportation service between the parking at Irvington Plaza (6400 E Washington St, 46219) and the Main Stage shuttle Stop. Shuttles will have the ability to transport Wheelchairs, Power wheelchairs, Electric Scooters and those with Walkers between the hours of 10 am-6 pm.

The street fair hours are from 10 am – 5 pm, and with accessible shuttle service ending at 6 pm, we ask that those using accessible services ensure they don’t miss the last shuttle before the service ends at 6 pm.  We don’t want to find you looking great in your costume but stranded at Starbucks!

ADA Restroom Facilities will be available at the Irvington Plaza parking area as well as throughout the street fair. We encourage those with special needs to dress up, to come out and to enjoy the street fair! Enjoy the music, enjoy the food, enjoy the shopping and enter the costume contest!
