  • Most UNIQUE THEME:  Intrigue the judges.

  • JUDGES’ FAVORITE:  This category is decided by judges.

  • SCARIEST ENTRY:  Exercise your scare power.

RULES

Do not cover/interfere with any fire safety equipment or walkways and keep everything PG-13, non-discriminatory, political or inappropriate for children.  Homes must be located within the Historic Irvington Community Council (HICC) District.  Entrants should ensure all decorations are in-place and activated on the night of judging.  Judging will occur during the evenings of October 25th (north of Washington Street) and October 26th (South of Washington Street).  Judging will only include the portion of your yard/house that is visible from the driveway or street.  Winners will be announced on the Irvington Halloween Festival website by October 30th.
