Regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, the Irvington Halloween Festival Committee remains very mindful of the extraordinary and unprecedented challenges presented by the Coronavirus in our community now and in the future. Though we are extremely excited about this year’s festival, and have already started planning, we do understand the potential for a recurrence of the Coronavirus this coming fall. As such, we continue to keep in close contact with local and state health authorities to help inform our decisions.
This year the Historic Irvington Halloween Festival will celebrate its 74th year. Thousands of guests will flock (or fly on brooms) to Historic Irvington to partake in the weeklong celebration. The highly anticipated Masquerade Ball will kick off this year’s festivities on Saturday, October 24th. Events will continue everyday throughout the week. The festival will conclude with the famous Historic Irvington Halloween Festival Street Fair on Saturday October 31! This year’s festival plans to be spook‑tacular and one for the record books!
While any updates to our events will be shared in the months to come, we, like all of you, will continue to focus on all mandated precautions and guidelines to fight against the Coronavirus.
Along the way, we hope the anticipation of this year’s Historic Irvington Halloween Festival brings a moment of joy to all those who love Halloween as much as we do.
