Based on recommendations of the Marion County Public Health Department (MCPHD), the Irvington Halloween Festival will go on. The Festival Planning Committee made this decision with the safety of our community at the forefront and cannot encourage our neighbors enough to continue getting vaccinated in the time leading up to the festival.
