The Irvington Halloween Festival Shirt Design Contest is an annual contest to be held during the Irvington Halloween Festival. The purpose of the Contest is to determine the best artwork designed to represent the Irvington Halloween Festival. The top three contestants will win $200, $100 and $50 respectively, as well as other Festival perks. The entry fee is $25.
